Use common sense
NOTE: arrival after 8 PM, you need to contact us to get the door-code at least one day before.
Reservation
is binding when you have recived a confirmation from us.
Reservation thru email must be accompanied by a confirmation and payment for the first day to be valid.

Check in
If you arrive later than 20.00 you must contact us at least one day before. In order to get instructions how to get into the hostel later than 20:00, please contact us at least one day before. If you are arriving earlier than 15:00, you can leave your bags in our luggage room.
Check out
Check out before 12.00 H. Leave key in the reception, or in the mail-box next to the reception.

When this happens we only charge for the coming night.
Canceled reservations and no shows
Cancellations should be done no later then 15.00 the day before arrival, unless otherwise agreed. Later cancellations are charged for one day. This also applies to no shows.
Payment
Payment must be made in advance for the first day. The remaining nights upon arrival.
Stay
The maximum stay is 7 days.
Key deposit
In our doorm rooms we have lockers for each bed. We take a deposit fee of SEK 100 per key.

Sheets & towels
You are welcome to bring your own clean sheets or rent from us for a price of 50 SEK and 15 SEK for towel. No sleeping bags are allowed.
Cleaning
We provide cleaning, while you do your own dishes and keep the place tidy.
The hostel is cleaned during the daytime and shall then be empty between 12.00 and 15.00

Wc & showers
We have separate showers with WC for men and women, lots of WC in the corridor space and a handicap WC with shower.
Responsibility
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by him/herself, or his/her guest, in the Hostel. The guest is also responsible for his personal belongings.
Pets
It is not allowed to bring pets.
Damage
The Skanstulls Hostel is only responsible for damage caused by the staff.
Parking
Cars can be parked on the street and it costs 15 SEK/hour during from Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.00H.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the Hostel! If smoking would occur within the Hostel, additional costs for cleaning and laundry will be charged.
Surveillance
Camera surveillance is running 24 hours a day in the public areas of the Hostel.
Prices
All rates are inclusive of VAT and subject to price changes.
